Terraco Atlantico is a recently completed building that is right in front of Praia de Iracema beach. This condominium complex was a much needed facility in the area. It offers the elegance of a hotel with the flexibility and space of a condominium. All units are 2 bedroom 2 bath with 4 levels of parking for the building. It has a large pool, small gym, clubhouse area and kitchen, large entertainment area to house large parties. This is an ideal place for the person who wants a nice space and has a little more to spend but doesn't want to stay in a luxury hotel for 2-3 times the price.

In the Atlantic Terraco building we have a nice 2 bedroom apartment located on one of the top floors. The unit rents for 140 real per day with a plus $300 dollar or euro deposit.

We also have a large 3 bedroom apartment in the Atlantic Terraco building on the 23rd floor with great views of the beach and a large balcony. 2 bedrooms are suites with bathrooms and all bedrooms have nice comfortable American style beds. This apartment stays rented most of the year and advanced notice is required to secure this apartment. The rate is 250 real per day with a 400 dollar security deposit.
