Condominium Aruanã, named after the turtles which lay their eggs once a year on this beach, is being built for clients who wish to spend their vacation or retirement in the sun, without worries, in a secure environment and with that little bit of extra luxury which makes a stay that much more pleasant.

We wanted Condominium Aruanã to offer a little bit more in order to make your stay extra special. For instance, when you're not on the beach, we wanted you to be able to take a nap in the hang mat or on one of the zen beds. Or perhaps you wanted to read in the gazebo or sit in the jacuzzi? Certainly if you had visitors, you could chat over a drink in the wet bar and follow-up with a barbecue. Our games and common area offers another possibility to relax after a day in the sun. Certainly families with children can enjoy our swimming pool which offers both deeper waters and shallow waters for younger children.

If you like even more luxury or privacy, choose one of our two bedroom units with private jacuzzi (extra option) and marvelous views. We offer eight 2-bedroom units and sixteen 1-bedroom units. As an additional option, all our apartments can be outfitted with kitchen and bathroom cabinets and bedroom cupboards so that you don't need to spend your first visit to Taiba shopping for cabinets. Unlike other local projects our bathrooms are handed over complete with shower box so that you can immediately wash away your travel weariness upon your first arrival. All units include granite stone top in the bathrooms and kitchens.

All units will have spacious balconies, installation sites for air conditioning, internet, and cable TV.

We offer additional optional packages for those who desire to have their unit fully furnished, with kitchen appliances, lighting, and air conditioning.

Condominium Aruanã will be delivered complete with electronic security systems in place and washing machines on every floor.

About Taiba

Taiba, is in the state of Ceará , which means "Terra do Sol". You can expect tropical sunshine for 300 days per year, ocean water temperature between 23°C and 27°C, and a good constant wind for kite/wind surfing between June and December each year.

Taiba is approximately 1hr to 1hr15 min drive by car from Fortaleza 's Pinto Martins International airport and 30 min from Cumbuco.
