Pecem

The port of Pecem will in the near future handle all cargo transport in Ceara, everything still going to Fortaleza will be moved to Pecem. To handle all this the port will be significantly enlarged. Pecem will also get an oil refinary and petrochemical industry. All contracts have been signed in February 2009, the petrochemical companies will start june 2009 and the oil refinary december 2009. Total investments will be over 18 billion Reais, there will be 90.000 new jobs created in the next years. Many other industries will be attracted and many new housing projects will need to be realized. We have a few lands for sale right next to the area that the authorities have alloted to these projects. Ideal for large projects or subdividing in small lots and selling these of individually.

There are several lots and larger land for sale in the near vicinity of the new port of Pecem project:

4 lots of 4 hectares (40.000 m2) each. These lots are the closest lots available right next to the new industrial area of the Portuario do Pecem. They are direct on the main road (each has 100 meters of road access). All documents in order. The first lot that will be sold to a company that wants to start a project there immediately will have a price of 250.000 reais, the next three will be 400.000 Reais each. The other lots in this area will be sold in lots of 2 Hectares for 400.000 Reais each. The lots are in the blue colored area on the map above which has a total of 58 hectares.
Lands still for sale are: 6, 28, 53 and 78 Hectares, the price for each of them is 8 reais per m2. Ideal for large house / apartment projects or commercial projects. The lands of 12 and 74 Hectares are now within the government project of the Portuario de Pecem.
