This new apartment complex, the Cumbuco Beach Sun complex, beachfront, started construction July 2008. It will be finished August/September 2009. The architect of this project is one of the most famous architects in Brazil; Luiz Fiuza. He has designed the first Dreamtravel project in Cumbuco. He has also designed many large apartment complexes on the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, including the beautiful Catamaran complex. He was also the architect of the Iguatemi shopping center in Fortaleza. The construction company is Ferrari Construçao, one of the bigger ones in Fortaleza. They are currently also building the third norwegian Dreamtravel project; Dream Village, and the Kariri hotel with 98 rooms next to eco Paradise, both in Cumbuco.

The Beach Sun Cu mbuco project will be built on 3440 m2 of land with 86 meters beachfront, so there will be a lot of space for a garden, kite lockers, large swimming pool etc. There is a very large beachfront, 86 meters.

The apartments are 2 under 1 roof. Every seperate building (4 in total) has 6 apartments. Two apartments of 120 m2 on the ground floor. The first floor has 2 apartments of 100 m2. The top apartments are split level. There is a part of 79 m2 on the second floor with 1 suite, a living room, a kitchen and a balcony. The mezanine level has another 64 m2. So the total apartment has 143 m2. There are 2 options for the mezanine level, option one has 1 large master bedroom, option 2 has 2 suites. So one can choose between a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment with a total of 143 m2. All apartments have an optional hot tub.

The reservation fee is 1500 Euro, when the apartment is bought, this amount will be deducted from the price. The reservation is valid for 2 months. So far 3 apartments have been sold and there are options on 8 apartments.

The location of this project in Cumbuco is between the restaurant the Boxing Kangaroo and hotel Golfinho.	The apartments on the ground floor ( 101 A / H) are 120 m2, they have 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
The apartments on the first floor ( 201 A / H) are 100 m2,they have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen a living room and a balcony.	The top apartments ( 301 A / H) are split level , with a total of 143 m2. The lower part (on the second floor) has 79 m2. Here one has one large bedroom, a living room a kitchen and a balcony. The mezanine part (3th floor) has 64 m2. There are 2 options available for this level (see underneath).

Option 1 has at the mezanine level only 1 large master bedroom of 64 m2. With this option one has a two bedroom apartment with a total of 143 m2.
