The ideal solution for those who want to stay a few steps from the beach in a secure setting just minutes from the center of the village of Cumbuco. The context is that of Summerville, a prestigious waterfront Condominium with a guard services, sports center, swimming pool, sauna, tennis, football, surrounded by a landscaped garden.  Completed in 2010, affording breathtaking ocean views. It is on two levels: in the ground floor, there is a large living room with windows overlooking the sea, kitchen, 4 bedroom suites with private entrance overlooking the garden, all with sea view and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedroom suites each with ocean view, terrace and private bathroom. The Veranda furnished in rustic style overlooks the garden, where are settle an open-sky Jacuzzi and a deck with barbeque to enjoy fantastic moments of relax. The Villa has 6 double rooms with private facilities: - ground floor:  4 double bedrooms each with bath, ceiling fan and a veranda with direct access to the garden; - upper floor: 2 double rooms each with bath, ceiling fan and terrace. Price depends on how many people are in the group and what period it is, it starts at 250 Reais per day (for 2 people)

Additional information: A Maid service is available (including preparing breakfast, cleaning house/gardens/pool, laundry of house and personal clothing), for additional Eu 11.00 - 15.00/day depending of the number of people renting. The house can easily and comfortably accommodate 12 persons.
